Terms and Condition
  This training would be conducted by image3dconversion, an authorized training partner of blue sky plan in India.
  Image3dconversion team will deliver your Programme with reasonable care and skill and as far as possible, in accordance with the description applied to it in the brochure.
  You must use all efforts to fulfill all the requirements of the programme, which includes carrying a laptop, on time presence in the programme.
  Image3dconversion keeps all attendee’s information confidential.
  It is your responsibility to ensure all of the information you provide to image3dconversion office is true and accurate.
  We will not share, rent or sell your confidential personal information for any reason.
  The fee once paid is not refundable after a period of 15 days. if anyone wants to cancel the training, he/she has to inform image3dconversion office before 15 days.
  No partial payment will be accepted, attendees will have to pay the full course fee in advance. All payment should be made in favor of IMAGE3DCONVERSION with the mentioned details in below.
  Image3dconversion reserves the right to make variations to the contents of the programme, including the range of modules offered.
  In the event, changes with the date and time of the programme, we will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity.
  Please note that your progression or outcome from the programme are not guaranteed and are depended upon your performance.
  Image3dconversion shall not be held responsible for any injury to you (financial or otherwise), or for any damage to your property, caused by any person who is not an employee or authorized a representative of image3dconversion.

 Your name, company, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address
 Your Image3dconversion user ID and password
 Any account-preference information you provide us credit card details
 Your computer’s domain name and IP address indicating where your computer is located on the Internet
 Session data for your login session, so that our computer can ‘talk’ to yours while you are logged in.


Cancellation Policy:
Workshop registration is only accepted and confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant.
If adequate confirmed registrations for a particular city have not been received before the deadlines, the workshop may be cancelled for that city
In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund of the workshop fee.
If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop, the following refunds will apply:
  The registered participant may invite another person( must be a dentist) in their substitution at any time without any extra charges
 If notice for cancellation is received within 30 days prior the scheduled starting date of the workshop, a 50% refund will be offered.
  If notice for cancellation is received less than 30 days from the scheduled starting date of the workshop, no refund shall be offered.
