International Shipping: We provide worldwide shipment.
Shipping Times: Our typical shipping times are 4-5 days.
Delivery Partner: All our deliveries are express deliveries using DHL and FEDEX as our delivery partner.
Shipping Costs: There are no extra shipping costs.
Tracking Information: We provide tracking information and shipment details once your order is dispatched.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible.
How to Cancel: You can cancel your order by sending an email to info@image3dconversion.com or by calling us.
Timing of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made before the fabrication process starts. Once fabrication begins, the shipment cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Return and Refund Policy
We strive to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item in poor, damaged, or mutilated condition, we will refund you the full amount or provide a free replacement.
Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy
We will refund you the full amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product within Seven (7) days after the product has been delivered, in case you have received item(s) in a poor, damaged or mutilated condition
In order to get a full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, within Seven (7) days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded through Wire Transfer within 7 business days of receipt at our end.
All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care by you.
If you want to cancel a shipment, the cancellation needs to be informed prior to the fabrication process. Once the fabrication starts product the shipment cannot be cancelled or refunded.
